Ever notice when you call the technical support line for your computer, you get passed around? That is because MOST technical support lines get their information from a book, and if that doesn't solve it, they 'expedite' you to another technical support person with another book and MAYBE some experience. WE HAVE BOTH!
Nielsen ComputerWorks has both the books and the experience to get you and your computer talking again, and in the least possible time with the lease amount of phone calls. We make sure it is fixed and fixed correct as fast as possible. We do it for less too!
Why pay a huge amount for technical service and support after your warranty expires for each problem your system has, when you can pay one yearly fee and get an unlimited amount of problems fixed on that computer system or network?
NOTE: This plan pertains only to computers that are out of warranty status as we are not currently authorized warranty technicians for any major computer manufacturer at this time. This plan is for email/phone technical support only. If the system can not be repaired over the phone or through email, we can repair the system here at our shop for additional labor rates.
